Warranty and Return Policy

This Warranty and Return Policy ("this policy") describes how The Plastic Bag Factory (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") upholds consumer guarantees. For the purposes of this policy, "you" and "your" means you as our customer, a purchaser of our goods. Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing our goods, you agree to this policy.

SECTION 1 - AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

This policy is supplementary to, and does not contradict the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law, "ACL"). We may update this policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.

SECTION 2 - RETURN CONDITIONS

Our goods are consumables which come with express and statutory warranties in accordance with ACL only. We do not offer voluntary or extended warranties. No other warranties apply. Our goods are made from recycled materials which can result in variations of colour and texture. Our process allows for variation within 10% of advertised size.

If you purchased something from us that you believe is not of acceptable quality, not fit for advertised purpose or not as described at time of sale, then you may have rights to a remedy in accordance with ACL. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item(s).

You will need to provide proof of purchase in the form of your purchase receipt or tax invoice in order to obtain Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Returned items will not be accepted without RMA.

If your return is authorised, we will accept the returned goods and remedy the issue in accordance with ACL. If the original goods were shipped, this includes the supply of a return shipping label.

You are not entitled to return, replacement or refund under any of the following circumstances:

- You changed your mind.

- You found the item(s) cheaper elsewhere.

- You misused the item(s) causing the damage or problem.

- You were made aware of existing defects or problems with the item(s) prior to purchase.

- The defects, damage or problems were caused by the actions of someone other than us.

- The item(s) have acceptable cosmetic or size variations as described in this policy.
